潜艇推进舱段狭小空间的维修性评价技术

为解决研发阶段潜艇推进舱段狭小空间的维修性设计问题,采用系统工程评价技术和人因工程学仿真方法对狭小空间维修性进行分析.筛选出维修作业空间、可达性、可视性和舒适性指标作为狭小空间维修性的核心指标;采用A.L Klee-Critic模型确定其权重;将维修任务分解为基本操作单元,逐一分析并提出改进建议.案例分析表明,该方法可以很好地发现并解决研发阶段潜艇推进舱段狭小空间的维修性设计问题.
Maintenance Evaluating Technology for Narrow Space of Submarine Propulsion Compartment
To solve the design problem of maintainability of the narrow space in the propulsion compartment of submarine in R&D stage,the system engineering evaluation technique and ergonomic simulation method were used to analyze the maintainabili-ty of the narrow space.The maintenance operation space,accessibility,visibility and comfort were selected as the core indexes of narrow space maintainability.The A.L Klee-Critic model was applied to determine their weights.The maintenance tasks were de-composed into basic operation units,analyzed one by one and suggested for improvement.The case study showed that this method can well identify and solve the design problems of maintainability of the narrow space in the propulsion compartment of submarines at R&D stage.
