应力宽带特征下的半潜式平台疲劳可靠性评估

在海洋平台疲劳损伤计算时存在着大量不确定因素,使用确定性方法进行疲劳评估具有局限性.考虑到计算的简便性,常规疲劳可靠性分析方法是基于窄带分布推导出的,与实际海况下热点应力的宽带特征不符.为使评估结果更合理,给出一种基于宽带应力的疲劳可靠性评估方法,以南海某半潜式平台为例进行时变疲劳可靠性指标计算,验证了该方法的适用性和可行性.
Fatigue Reliability Assessment of Semi-submersible Platforms under Stress Wide-band Characteristics
There are a lot of uncertainties in the calculation of fatigue damage of offshore platforms,and the use of determin-istic methods for fatigue assessment has limitations.Considering the simplicity of calculation,the conventional fatigue reliability analysis method has been derived based on the narrow-band distribution,but it is inconsistent with the wide-band characteristics of hot spot stress under actual sea conditions.To make the evaluation results more accurate,a fatigue reliability assessment meth-od was proposed based on wide-band stress.A semi-submersible platform in the South China Sea was taken as an example to cal-culate the time-varying fatigue reliability index,which verified the applicability and feasibility of the method.
