十字轴式万向联轴器疲劳寿命预测

为校核某船舶动力装置联轴器的疲劳寿命指标,通过动力学方法分析联轴器各零部件的载荷特点,甄别易疲劳的零部件和疲劳类型,分别采用名义应力法、经验公式对十字轴和十字轴轴承的疲劳寿命进行预测,并进行对比.结果表明,额定工况下,WL440.5 联轴器最先出现的疲劳失效形式为接触疲劳,发生在输出端十字轴轴承,寿命约16 700 h,联轴器不发生应力疲劳;联轴器疲劳寿命满足指标要求.
Investigation on the Life Prediction of the Cross Shaft Coupling
In order to calibrate the fatigue life characteristic of a marine power plant,the loads of coupling components was analyzed by means of kinetic analysis to identify the weak parts and fatigue mode.The semi-empirical formula was used to predict bearing life,and the S-N method was used to predict the fatigue life of cross shaft.The results showed that,under rated condi-tions,the earliest fatigue mode of WL440.5 coupling is contact fatigue,which occurs at cross shaft bearings nearby output termi-nal;the bearing life time is around 16 700 h.The coupling does not occur stress fatigue,and its fatigue life can meet the index requirements.
