摘要
通过分析现有企业ESG(环境、社会、公司治理)评价框架和评价指标,指出其在船舶建造行业中的局限性.基于船舶建造企业的特性和需求,提出富有针对性、具象化的ESG评价体系,确定一系列关键评价指标.结合实际研究案例,论证该评价体系的有效性和适用性,以及关键评价指标的合理性,帮助企业更好地理解和管理ESG问题.本研究的结果不仅为船舶建造企业提供一个针对性的ESG评价工具,还为其可持续发展提供重要参考.
Abstract
The existing ESG(environment,social responsibility,corporate governance)evaluation frame and evaluation in-dex were investigated to point out its limitations in the shipbuilding enterprises.Based on the characteristics and needs of the shipbuilding enterprises,a targeted and concrete ESG evaluation system was proposed,and a series of key indicators were deter-mined.The effectiveness and applicability of the evaluation system and the rationality of key indicators were demonstrated by practical cases,which can push shipbuilding enterprises better understand and manage the problems of ESG.The results not only provide a targeted ESG evaluation tool for shipbuilding enterprises,but also serviced as an important reference for their sustain-able development.
