摘要

针对圆筒型FPSO总体设计在主尺度设计、水动力分析、系泊系统设计等方面存在的技术挑战,分别对比不同圆筒直径和垂荡板直径的运动RAO,分析船体设计关键参数和系泊设计关键参数的影响,提出水动力试验校准分析的步骤和重量控制的方法.主尺度设计中最关键的主尺度参数是圆筒直径和垂荡板直径,圆筒直径越小或者垂荡板直径越大,垂荡响应越小,圆筒直径越大,横摇运动响应越小.圆筒型FPSO的水动力分析建议同时开展频域分析和时域分析.

Abstract

There are many the technical challenges in the general design of cylindrical FPSO such as main dimension de-sign,hydro-dynamic analysis,mooring system design.The motion RAO of cylindrical FPSO with different cylinder diameter and heave plate diameter were compared numerically,the influence of key parameters for hull design and mooring system design were analyzed,so as to propose the steps of hydrodynamic test calibration analysis and the method of weight control.It was shown that the most critical parameters of the main dimension design are the diameter of the cylinder and the diameter of the heave plate;the smaller the diameter of the cylinder or the larger the diameter of the heave plate,the smaller the heave response is;the larger the diameter of the cylinder,the smaller the roll motion response is.The hydrodynamic analysis of cylindrical FPSO is suggested to carry out both frequency domain and time domain analysis.
