针对现有部分船闸通航效率不高,通航拥堵严重等问题,以完全预约模式下船闸通航调度方法为研究对象,考虑闸室有效面积利用率最大和平均预约延误时间最小,在BL算法的基础上,建立了基于人工蜂群算法的船闸通航调度模型.选取三峡双线五级船闸的过闸船舶数据,通过与原始人工编排、BL算法编排结果进行比较,发现人工蜂群算法性能稳定,能显著提高闸室面积利用率,且平均利用率大于80%.此外,在平均预约延误时间方面有明显的降低效果.
Analysis of Navigation Scheduling method of Ship Lock under Full Reservation Mode
Aiming at the problems of low navigation efficiency and serious navigation congestion in some existing ship locks,the navigation scheduling method of ship locks under full reservation mode was taken as the research object.Considering the max-imum utilization rate of effective area of lock chamber and the minimum average reservation delay time,a navigation scheduling model of ship locks based on artificial bee colony algorithm was established on the basis of BL algorithm.The ship data of the Three Gorges double-line five-stage ship lock were selected.By comparing with the original manual arrangement and BL algorithm arrangement results,it was found that the artificial bee colony algorithm has stable performance and can significantly improve the utilization rate of the lock chamber area,and the average utilization rate is greater than 80%.In addition,there is a significant reduction in the average appointment delay time.
