Design and Analysis of 24 Pulse Wave Phase Shift Transformer Based on Extended Edge Triangle Connection
The core equipment 24 pulse-wave phase-shifting transformer was designed based on the phase-shifting principle,and the field-circuit coupling model was established to account for the electromagnetic design and winding short-circuit force,in which the maximum deviation of the key design parameter,phase-shifting angle,from the theoretical value was only0.53%.On this basis,an experimental prototype was processed for experiments,and the maximum phase shift angle deviation was only 0.2°.Comprehensive simulation and experimental results showed that the design of 24-pulse wave phase-shifted transformer is effective,and the field-circuit coupling model is suitable for electromagnetic simulation of multi-pulse wave phase-shifted transformer.
