摘要

针对船舶设计建造阶段轴系校中计算不能完全覆盖实际运营极限工况的问题,以某半潜船极限载况实船航行为例,利用直接计算法得到波浪中航行时的船体变形,提出一种实船航行艉轴变形安全评估方法.该方法基于设计波法确定船体波浪载荷,利用全船有限元计算船体艉轴变形,依据规范采用轴系校中的方法评估艉轴安全,并通过船舶装载手册验证数据的可靠性,是一种有效完整的艉轴变形安全模拟评估方法.

Abstract

Safety assessment of stern shaft deformation during the ship design and construction stage cannot fully cover the actual sailing conditions.A method for safety assessment of stern shaft deformation of ships sailing in waves was proposed,by u-sing an actual extreme sailing condition of semi-submersible vessel as example.The hull wave load was determined by the design wave method;the hull stern shaft deformation was direct calculated by using the whole ship finite element model,and the shaft safety assessed by shaft alignment calculation according to rules,reliability of the assessment also verified by using ship loading manual.This method was verified to be a valid and complete method for stern shaft safety assessment.
