为满足航运业逐步提升的碳减排要求,对氨作为船舶替代燃料的技术发展及未来可行性进行分析.通过氨作为船用燃料产业链中制备、运输、利用等环节中涉及的核心技术现状研究,分析产业发展面临的问题,提出未来氨燃料船舶的发展面临的挑战并进行总结展望.研究表明,氨作为船舶替代燃料大规模推广应用还面临着技术成熟度不够、安全法规暂不完善、利益相关者的支持和合作力度不够等技术和商业难题,需要从政策支持、创新平台、标准体系全方位布局,保障核心技术、关键设备的研发攻关,积极探索应用示范工程,推进其产业化发展.
Technological Development and Challenges of Ammonia as Alternative Fuel for Ships
In order to meet the gradually increasing carbon reduction requirements of the shipping industry,the technologi-cal development and future feasibility of ammonia as an alternative fuel for ships was analyzed.By studying the current status of core technologies involved in the preparation,transportation and utilization of ammonia as a marine fuel industry chain,the prob-lems faced by the industry development and challenges of ammonia fuel ships in the future were discussed and summarized.It was shown that the large-scale promotion and application of ammonia as an alternative fuel for ships still face technical and commercial challenges such as insufficient technological maturity,incomplete safety regulations,and insufficient support and cooperation from stakeholders.It is necessary to comprehensively layout from policy support,innovation platform and standard system,ensure the research and development of core technologies and key equipment,actively explore the application demonstration project,so as to promote its industrialization development.
