基于数值分析数字孪生技术在船海工程中的应用

针对大型船海装备监测数据应用质量差,风险评估困难等问题,结合数字孪生新技术,利用监测数据为船海装备风险分析模型搭建提供新思路.结合航海大型装备特点,分析目前船海装备风险评估分析过程中的挑战和机遇,以数值分析方法为基础,结合大数据分析、物联网、虚拟现实等技术,论述了船海大型装备数字孪生体的发展方向.利用数值分析结合大数据模型,搭建数字孪生体,可以深度应用监测数据,为船海装备进行风险评估和预测.研究结果为船海大型装备作业工艺及风险评估体系模型提供参考.
Application of Digital Twin Technology in Ship and Ocean Engineering
In view of the insufficient application of monitoring data and the difficulties in risk assessment of large-scale ship and sea equipment,combined with the new digital twin technology,the monitoring data was used to provide a new idea for the construction of risk analysis model of ship and sea equipment.Combined with the characteristics of large marine equipment,the current challenges and opportunities of risk assessment of large marine equipment was analyzed.Based on numerical analysis methods,combined with big data analysis,IOT,virtual reality,etc.,the development direction of digital twins of large marine equipment was discussed.Using numerical analysis combined with big data models,the digital twins can be built,and the moni-toring data can be deeply applied to carry out risk assessment and prediction for ship and sea equipment.The research can pro-vide direction and reference for the operation process and risk assessment system model of large-scale equipment in ship and sea.
