摘要

针对船舶机舱设备健康状态评估方法和应用进行分析,并进行系统优化设计.引入故障树分析方法和多参数模糊评估方法,设计实现了船舶机舱设备健康状态评估系统.以某型号柴油机实验数据为输入,构建样本数据集,对系统的主要功能进行测试验证,验证结果表明,系统状态识别率达到 90%以上,系统在柴油机主机健康平稳性评估方面取得了较好的效果.研究提出的船舶机舱设备的健康状态评估优化设计方案可为后续机舱设备健康状态管理提供参考.

Abstract

The assessment methods and application of the health status of ship engine room equipment were analyzed.The fault tree analysis(FTA)and multi-parameter fuzzy evaluation methods were introduced to design and implement a health status assessment system for ship engine room equipment.Taking the experimental data of a certain model of diesel engine as input,a sample dataset was constructed,and the main functions of the system were tested and verified.The verification results showed that the system's state recognition rate reached above 90%,and the system achieved good results in the assessment of the health stability of the diesel engine.The proposed optimization design for the health status assessment of ship engine room equipment can provide a certain reference for the health status management of engine room equipment in the future.
