海洋平台吊机回转轴承更换关键技术

针对传统模式下海上采油平台基座式吊机回转轴承故障检修作业对浮吊起重船的严重依赖程度及其维修费用高、靠泊风险大、动员周期长等弊端,对回转轴承海上更换的关键技术进行研究并对其可行性进行分析.借鉴广泛应用于建筑位移、大型设备拆卸与安装中常见的油缸顶升法,提出在不使用浮吊的情况下,利用油缸顶升法实现海洋平台吊机回转轴承更换的技术方案.通过对某平台吊机重力参数分析、油缸顶升力分析、顶升点受力分析、各部分静力分析等综合计算后得出使用油缸顶升法进行轴承更换吊机的防倾覆稳定性可以满足使用要求,并通过设计合适的顶升工装、细化操作步骤、规范操作程序,使用油缸顶升法完成对该平台吊机故障轴承的更换,该项目的研究与应用突破了海洋平台吊机结构件维修必须使用浮吊的长期限制,同时提高了海洋平台吊机维修的效率和安全性,为今后海洋平台吊机开展类似工作提供参考.
On the Key Technology for Offshore Platform Crane Slewing Bearing Replacement
Aiming at the serious dependence on floating crane lifting vessel for the failure repair operation of the slewing bearing of the pedestal crane of offshore oil production platform under the traditional mode and its drawbacks such as high mainte-nance cost,high risk of berthing,and long mobilization period,the key technology and feasibility of offshore replacement of the slewing bearing were researched.Drawing on the cylinder jacking method,which is widely used in construction displacement and large-scale equipment dismantling and installation,a technical solution was proposed to realize the replacement of slewing bear-ings of offshore platform cranes by using the cylinder jacking method without the use of floating cranes.Through comprehensive calculations of gravity parameter,cylinder jacking force,jacking point force and the static analysis of each part of a platform crane,it was concluded that the anti-overturning stability of bearing replacement crane using cylinder lifting method can meet the application requirements.By designing the suitable jacking tooling,refining the operating steps,standardizing the operating pro-cedures,the replacement of faulty bearings of the platform crane was completed by using the cylinder jacking method.The re-search and application of this project broke through the long-term restriction that the structural parts maintenance of offshore plat-form cranes must use floating cranes,at the same time,it can improves the efficiency and safety of offshore platform crane main-tenance,and provides reference for similar work on offshore platform cranes in the future.
