基于光纤光栅的液压锁紧装置结构监测系统设计

针对在FPSO例行检查中发现液压锁紧装置焊缝处存在不同数量的横向和纵向裂纹问题,以南海某STP型FPSO为例,研发一套液压锁紧装置结构安全监测系统.基于对目标FPSO液压锁紧装置的结构强度分析,确定等效应力,校核结构强度并确定主应力较高的关键结构节点,结合自身和南海作业的其他FP-SO作业检验历史情况,确定传感器安装位置,对液压锁紧装置运维期间的状态进行监测,全方位了解其在环境载荷作用下的结构响应状态,并对安全风险及时预警.
Design of Hydraulic Locking Device Structure Monitoring System Based on Fiber Bragg Grating
In view of the problem of different number of transverse and longitudinal cracks in the weld seam of hydraulic loc-king device found in FPSO routine check,taking a STP FPSO in South China Sea as an example,a structural safety monitoring system of hydraulic locking device was developed.Based on the structural strength analysis of the target FPSO hydraulic locking device,the equivalent stress was determined,the structural strength was checked and the key structural nodes with high principal stress were found.Based on its own and other FPSO operating inspection history in the South China Sea,the sensor installation position was determined,so as to monitor the status of the hydraulic locking device during operation and maintenance,compre-hensively understand its structural response status under environmental load,and timely warn the safety risks were.
