基于SACS的改造导管架平台地震响应分析

导管架平台改造后的受力特征发生变化,故须对拟改造平台地震响应进行重新评估,以确保平台运行安全.利用SACS软件,针对LD22-1 CEP导管架平台改造工程,考虑完整的甲板、导管架及立管等结构,并结合功率谱密度分析(PSD)方法,建立导管架平台地震响应三维有限元模型,通过数值模型计算分析导管架平台地震响应.改造后的LD22-1 CEP导管架平台4~6 阶频率升高,最大升高值 0.067,其他各阶频率均下降,最大下降值为0.103.相对应的平台4~6 阶周期降低,最大降低值 0.070,其他各阶周期均上升,最大升高值0.187.改造后平台杆件最大UC值较改造前提高了0.16,最大值为0.79,小于1.0;改造后节点最大UC值较改造前提高0.214,最大值为0.656,小于1.0;所有UC值均小于1.0,满足平台安全性要求.
Seismic Response Analysis of Reformed Jacket Platforms Based on SACS
The stress characteristics of the modified jacket platforms have changed,so that it is necessary to re-evaluate the load characteristics of the proposed renovation platform,especially the seismic response,to ensure the safety of the platform.A complete 3D structural model of the deck and jacket for the LD22-1 CEP jacket platform renovation project was established by u-sing SACS.Combined with the power spectral density analysis(PSD)method,a 3D finite element model of the seismic response of the jacket platform was achieved.The seismic response of the jacket platform was calculated and analyzed based on the numeri-cal model.The frequency of mode 4 to 6 for the reformed LD22-1 CEP jacket platform increased with a maximum increase of 0.067,while the other mode frequencies decreased with a maximum decrease of 0.103.The corresponding mode 4 to 6 periods of the platform decrease with a maximum decrease value of 0.070,while all other mode periods increase with a maximum increase value of 0.187.After transformation,the maximum UC value of the members has increased 0.16 with a maximum value of 0.79 which is less than 1.0.The maximum UC value of the node has increased 0.214 with a maximum value of 0.656 which is also less than 1.0.All UC values are less than 1.0,the reformed platform meets the security requirements.
