为了便于对系泊系统定期进行磨损检测,降低检测成本及作业安全,提出一种轻便型水下检测装置集成舱,结合工作舱所处的作业环境,为保护作业人员及设备的安全性,对工作舱进行可燃气体泄漏模拟,研究可燃气体的扩散规律,分析工作舱内可燃气体泄漏的后果,确定可燃气体泄漏到工作舱内最大风险情况,结合仿真结果,总结可燃气体在不同条件下的扩散规律,该分析结果可为工作舱设计过程中风险评估及油气泄漏防控设计提供参考.
Oil and Gas Leakage and Diffusion Law of FPSO Portable Work Cabin
In order to facilitate regular wear and tear testing of the FPSO's mooring system,reduce testing costs,and ensure operational safety,a portable underwater detection device integrated cabin was set forth.Combined with the working environment of the cabin,in order to protect the safety of operators and equipment,the combustible gas leakage simulation was carried out in the cabin,the diffusion law of combustible gas was studied,the consequences of combustible gas leakage in the work cabin were analyzed,and the maximum risk situation of combustible gas leakage into the work cabin was determine.In light of the simulation results the diffusion law of combustible gas under different conditions was summarized,which can provide reference for risk as-sessment and oil and gas leakage prevention and control design in the research process of the work cabin.
