摘要

针对中海油浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)运营期间的碳排放问题,提出其运营期间脱碳一体化处理方案.通过结合FPSO的特点及目前碳捕集技术研究现状,对FPSO运营期间燃油发电机碳排放及锅炉尾气碳排放的处理方案进行研究,提出三种方案:①碳捕集和封存技术在FPSO上的应用;②二氧化碳捕集利用与封存技术在FPSO上的应用;③FPSO能源循环利用方案.通过对FPSO运营期间碳处理方案的研究,为未来FPSO的低碳运维提供新思路.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of carbon emission during operation of CNOOC floating production,storage and offloading unit(FPSO),a comprehensive de-carbonization solution was proposed.Based on the characteristics of FPSO and the current re-search status of carbon capture technologies,the treatment solutions for carbon emissions from fuel-fired generators and boiler flue gases during FPSO operation were investigated,and three alternative schemes were proposed:scheme one focuses on the applica-tion of carbon capture and storage technology on FPSO;scheme two explores the application of carbon capture,utilization,and storage technology on FPSO;and scheme three presents an energy recycling scheme for FPSO.The research on carbon treatment solutions during FPSO operation is expected to provide new ideas for the low-carbon operation and maintenance of future FPSOs in the future.
