针对油田开发前期钻井设计中对自升式平台就位考虑不足,导致平台场址位置、槽口布局、管线电缆走向等设置不够合理的问题,从而造成了重复就位、井口覆盖不全、插桩滑移、抛锚风险等就位难题.通过地质灾害条件识别技术、单桩PCPT承载力预测技术、自升式平台覆盖优选和避让技术、自升式平台抛锚优化设计等一系列就位设计优化技术,实现了平台场址优选、插桩安全、覆盖最大化及管缆合理走向,指导油田高质量开发.优化结果表明,就位设计优化内容贯穿油田开发设计的全过程,为海上油田安全高效开发提供设计依据和技术指导.
Optimization Application of Self-elevating Rig Positioning Design in Oilfield Development Process
In the early stage of oilfield development drilling design,insufficient consideration was given to the positioning of self-elevating rigs,resulting in unreasonable settings of rig site location,slot layout,pipeline cable routing,etc.,resulting in problems such as repeated positioning,incomplete wellhead coverage,leg sliding,and anchor risk.Through a series of positio-ning design optimization technologies,such as geological hazard condition identification technology,single pile PCPT bearing ca-pacity prediction technology,self-elevating platform coverage optimization and avoidance technology,self-elevating platform an-chor optimization design,etc.,the platform site optimization,pile insertion safety,maximum coverage,and reasonable pipeline and cable routing had been achieved,guiding high-quality oilfield development.The optimization results indicated that the opti-mization content of position design runs through the entire process of oilfield development design,providing design basis and tech-nical guidance for the safe and efficient development of offshore oilfields.
