摘要
综合分析发现,制约高职院校公共基础课教师高质量发展的因素有四个方面:省市级长期专项规划缺失、政策引导力度小;学校内部师资协调发展文化氛围不浓、分类管理评价机制不完善、高效管用的培训不足;院系层面,资源供给不足、精准指导培养系统性不高;教师自身价值观存在一定偏差.为促进公共基础课教师可持续高质量发展,主管部门应制定专项规划完善政策,指方向赋新能;院校要营造教师协调共进公平发展文化氛围,完善师资分类管理评价机制和培训论证机制,加强对教师的人文关怀,畅其路、顺其情;院系要做好协调、争取资源、精准培养,解困惑、搭平台;教师自身端正价值观、主动作为、增强综合服务能力,展新容创新绩.
Abstract
Through comprehensive analysis,it is found that there are four factors that hinder the high-quality development of public basic course teachers in vocational colleges:the lack of long-term special planning at the provincial and municipal levels,and the lack of policy guidance,the lack of strong cultural atmosphere for the coordinated development of teachers within the school,the imperfection of classification management evaluation mechanism,and the insufficiency of efficient and effective trainings.At the departmental level,the supply of resources is insufficient and the systematic precise guidance and cultivation is not enough;and there is a certain deviation in the values of teachers themselves.In order to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of public basic course teachers,the competent department should formulate special plans and improve policies,and provide direction and empowerment.Colleges and universities should create a cultural atmosphere of coordinated and equitable development among teachers,improve the evaluation mechanism and training demonstration mechanism for teacher classification management,strengthen humanistic care for teachers,and pave their roads and soothe their emotions.Departments should carry out scientific planning,strive for resources,cultivate accurately,solve confusions,and build platforms.Teachers themselves should correct their values,take proactive actions,enhance their comprehensive service capabilities,and demonstrate new and innovative achievements.
