Research and Improvement of the Current Situation of the Teaching Staff under the Background of Double High Plan
The strategic deployment of the Double High Plan leads the new stage of vocational education and promotes its high-quality development.To complete the construction task of the Double High Plan,it is necessary to have a creative,high-quality and professionally-developed team of teachers.This survey selected seven Double High Plan colleges in Beijing as the research object,and adopted the methods of network research and literature research to carry out statistical analysis and comparison of the current development status of teachers from the aspects of teacher structure,teachers'teaching ability,and summed up the existing problems of teachers'development.Effective ways to improve the construction of teaching staff are proposed,adhering to the principle of people-oriented,ability first,quality first,and innovation and provide assistance for high-quality construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.
