摘要
基于理论与实践的双重考量,对当前高校青年辅导员劳动过程进行现实审视,发现青年辅导员在市场、管理和认知等"控制"因素制约下陷入了劳动生态恶化、劳动样态窄化和劳动心态异化的群体窘境.鉴于此,高校青年辅导员应在"高校教职"的价值守望中,努力实现"多重角色"的能力延展,矢志践行"铸魂育人"的使命担当.
Abstract
Based on the dual considerations of theory and practice,this paper conducts a realistic review of the current labor process of young college counselors,and finds that young counselors fall into the group dilemma of deterioration of labor ecology,narrowing of labor patterns and alienation of labor mentality under the constraints of control factors such as market,management and cognition.In view of this,young college counselors should strive to achieve the extension of the ability of multiple roles in the value of college teaching positions,and be committed to fulfilling the mission of"casting souls and educating people".
