Practice and Reflection:Internalization and Cultivation of Craftsmanship among Higher Vocational Students
At present, the important task of China's economic development is to accelerate the transformation of economic development mode and promote the upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore,it is necessary to build a team of high-quality technical talents with craftsmanship.Followed the principles of maximum purposive sampling and snowball sampling,A total of 4 social practice cases of the spring and summer transportation were selected in higher vocational schools and undergraduate schools.A multiple case comparison method was used to explore the causal mechanisms and cultivation paths for the internalization of craftsmanship in higher vocational students following a modified analytical induction path.Research shows that higher vocational students participate in social practice under the catalysis of school policies and other factors, produce cognitive dissonance in practice, conduct personal reflection under the guidance of instructors, form reflective recognition, and eventually internalize craftsmanship as their own values.Vocational colleges should cultivate students'craftsman spirit by formulating guiding policies, stimulating positive emotions, and selecting instructors.
