Refined community governance is inseparable from the input of emotion.Taking emotion as a means of governance,this paper takes the construction of Wuhan's one quarter convenience service circle as an example,deeply analyzes the operational logic of emotional identity to stimulate the construction of community,and summarizes four paths to promote the construction of community governance-build a common interest connection between the community and residents;raise residents'awareness of the community;raise residents'awareness of community governance;empower communities with strong intrinsic motivation.
