Practical Exploration and Reflection on the"Going Global"of Vocational Education under the Background of the"the Belt and Road Initiative"
The"going global"of vocational education is not only an important measure to respond to the"the Belt and Road"initiative and serve the country's opening up strategy,but also an inevitable choice to develop vocational education with Chinese characteristics.In this context,China's vocational education actively explores the"going global"model and has achieved certain results,but inevitably there are also some problems,such as low governance level,poor sustainability and output performance,and inadequate risk control.This article first analyzes the existing models and characteristics of vocational education"going global",and then,based on this,analyzes in detail the problems existing in China's vocational education"going global",and proposes overall planning,strengthening policy guarantees,multi-party linkage,building collaborative mechanisms,strengthening capabilities,creating vocational education brands and innovative governance,and building a three-level regulatory system,in order to promote the going global of vocational education in Chinawith high level and high quality.
