高职院校学生社团融入思政元素的影响因素研究

摘要
以武汉职业技术学院作为案例研究对象,探索学生社团融入思政元素的相关影响因素.运用主题分析法,对职业院校学生社团管理文件、相关学术文献进行编码、数据和主题提取,发现在职业院校学生社团建设和管理中存在四个方面的重要内容,并以此为自变量,对影响社团融入思政元素的因素进行回归分析.研究发现四个自变量(思想引领建设、制度体系建设、管理队伍建设、文化内涵建设)对因变量(社团思政氛围)均产生正面影响,且文化内涵建设的影响力最大.
Abstract
This article takes Wuhan Polytechnic as a case study to explore the relevant influencing factors of the integration of ideological and political elements into student associations.Thematic analysis method is used to code and extract data and theme of documents and relevant academic literature in vocational college student association management.It was found that there are four important aspects in the construction and management of vocational college student associations,and these were used as independent variables to conduct regression analysis on the factors that affect the integration of ideological and political elements into associations.The study found that the four independent variables(ideological leadership construction,institutional system construction,management team construction,and cultural connotation construction)all have a positive impact on the dependent variable(ideological and political atmosphere of the association),and the cultural connotation construction has the greatest influence.
