新文科高质量人才培养体系的构建是实现中国教育现代化的必要路径.近两年,众多高校特别是全国有影响力的大学开展了新文科建设的创新与实践,掀起新一轮"人才培养质量革命".以地方院校学前教育专业为例,从人才培养模式的创新、课程体系的夯实与交叉融合、数字化教学模式的推进、人才培养质量文化的打造、"一专多能"教师队伍的建设等方面着手,探讨如何构建新文科高质量人才培养体系.
Discussion on Building a High Quality Talent Training System for New Liberal Art—Taking the Preschool Education Major of Local Undergraduate Colleges as an Example
The construction of a high-quality talent training system for the new liberal arts is a necessary path to achieve the modernization of education in China.In the past two years,many universities,especially influential ones across the country,have carried out large-scale innovation and practice in the construction of new liberal arts,sparking a new round of"talent cultivation quality revolution".This study takes the preschool education major in local universities as an example,attempting to explore how to construct a high-quality talent cultivation system for the new liberal arts through innovation in talent cultivation models,consolidation and cross integration of curriculum systems,promotion of digital teaching models,creation of a quality culture for talent cultivation,and cultivation of a teaching team with"one major and multiple skills".
