新文科背景下应用型高校经管类人才培养的生成逻辑及体系构建

摘要
随着教育部的积极推进,新文科建设对应用型高校经管类人才培养提出了更高的要求,如何培养经管类人才成为当前研究的热点问题.文章构建了新文科背景下应用型高校经管类人才培养的逻辑演变框架,从环境情境逻辑、制度结构逻辑和理性行为逻辑三个方面对管理类人才培养逻辑进行探索和研究,并在此基础上构建了有特色的"跨界融合"经管类人才培养体系.
Abstract
With Ministry of Education actively promoting the construction of new liberal arts,it puts forward higher requirements for the training of economic and management talents in applied universities.How to train economic and management talents has become a hot issue in current research.This paper constructs a logical evolution framework for the training of economic and management talents in applied universities under the background of new liberal arts,explores and studies the logic of the training of management talents from three aspects:environment logic,institutional structure logic and rational behavior logic,and builds a distinctive"cross-border integration"economic and management talent training system.
