摘要

培养职业教育现场工程师作为推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇的重要举措,对于先进制造业、战略性新兴产业、现代服务业发展具有重要意义.当前,职业教育现场工程师培养尚处于探索阶段,针对"探索式"理念下制度构建的滞后性、"校热企冷"现状下校企协同的分离性、中国特色学徒制下育人模式的模糊性等问题,提出通过加强制度构建,体现职业教育现场工程师培养的国家意志;健全校企协同机制,推进"双主体"协同育人;优化人才培养模式,强化现场工程师核心能力培养等措施.

Abstract

As an important measure to promote vocational integration,integration of industry and education,and integration of science and education,training field engineers in vocational education is of great significance to the development of advanced manufacturing industry,strategic emerging industry,and modern service industry.At present,the training of field engineers in vocational education is still in the exploratory stage.Aiming at the problems such as the lag of system construction under the"exploratory"concept,the separation of school-enterprise cooperation under the current situation of"hot school and cold enterprise",and the fuzziness of the education model under the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,it is proposed to strengthen the system construction to reflect the national will of field engineers training in vocational education.Improve the school-enterprise coordination mechanism,promote the"double subject"collaborative education;Optimize the personnel training mode,strengthen the core ability training of field engineers,and other measures.
