装备制造业发展背景下湖北推进职业本科教育策略研究

摘要
据调研了解,湖北省装备制造业的优势产业发展迅速,目前企业人才需求层次上移,对高层次技术技能人才的需求较为旺盛.对接装备制造专业产业发展需求,湖北省需要加快发展本科层次职业教育,部署职业本科专业设置,构建"政校企"合作机制,制定职业本科专业教学标准,构建"中—本"贯通人才培养体系,大规模培养高层次技术技能人才.
Abstract
Research indicates that the output of Hubei's advantageous industries in the equipment manufacturing sector has grown rapidly,and the demand for talent in enterprises has shifted upwards,with a strong need for high-level technical skills.To align with the industrial development needs of the equipment manufacturing sector,Hubei province must accelerate the development of vocational undergraduate education,plan and set up vocational undergraduate programs,establish a government-school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,formulate vocational undergraduate program teaching standards,and build a coherent talent training system from secondary to undergraduate education.This will enable the large-scale cultivation of high-level technical and skilled talent.
