高职院校留学生校友管理现状及思考

摘要
随着新时代教育对外开放的深入推进,高职院校对留学生校友工作越来越重视.通过对19 所高职院校校友管理工作的问卷调查,发现大部分高校已经意识到留学生校友工作在来华留学教育中的重要意义,并在留学生校友会组建与运行、信息化建设等方面做出了不同程度的尝试.高职院校需要加强顶层设计,完善工作机制,提升服务校友能力;推进信息化建设,搭建交流平台,打造长效沟通机制;提升教育服务水平,整合发展资源,加大校企国际合作力度,为留学生校友管理工作提供可持续发展的支持.
Abstract
With the deepening of education opening to the outside world in the new era,higher vocational colleges pay more and more attention to the work of overseas alumni.Through the questionnaire survey of alumni management in 19 higher vocational colleges,it is found that most higher vocational colleges have realized the importance of the work of international alumni in the education of studying in China,and have made different degrees of attempts in the establishment and operation of international alumni associations and information construction.Higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the top-level design,improve the working mechanism,enhance the ability to serve alumni;promote information construction,build a communication platform,and create a long-term communication mechanism;improve the level of education services,integrate development resources,strengthen international cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and provide sustainable development support for the management of overseas alumni.
