中国职教跨境输出柬埔寨行动实践成效研究

摘要
伴随中国企业在柬埔寨投资规模的不断增加、合作的不断深化,中国职业教育在柬埔寨建设了"鲁班工坊""丝路学院"和西哈努克港工商学院、柬华应用科技大学等办学机构(项目),输出了一些课程标准、专业标准和行业标准,实施了农业、纺织等领域的跨境科技研发,开展了跨境数字化赋能行动.但是,中国职业教育柬埔寨办学普遍面临经费问题,标准输出缺乏顶层设计,跨境科技研发尚处于起步阶段,数字化建设进程大幅滞后于国内.基于上述分析,从设立对柬专项教育援助基金、提高赴柬师资队伍实践要求、搭建校企科技合作平台、完善跨境数字化资源建设、规范跨境输出监管等视域,提出提高中国职业教育跨境输出柬埔寨行动实践成效的建议.
Abstract
The research aims to discover relevant issues in the cross-border export of Chinese vocational education to Cambodia.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the cross-border export of Chinese vocational education to Cambodia from the perspectives of operational practice,standard export action,cross-border technology research and development action,and digital empowerment action,this paper explores the problems existing in the cross-border export of Chinese vocational education to Cambodia.Based on the above analysis,suggestions are proposed to improve the effectiveness of China's vocational education cross-border export to Cambodia from the perspectives of establishing a special education assistance fund for Cambodia,improving the practical requirements of teaching staff in Cambodia,building a school enterprise science and technology cooperation platform,improving cross-border digital resource construction,and regulating cross-border export supervision
