Innovation and Practice of the"Four-Level Progressive"Industry-Education Integration Model for Talent Cultivation in Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Huanggang Polytechnic Colleg
This study focuses on the problems of mismatched demand,uncoordinated mechanisms,and insufficient innovation guidance in talent cultivation for rural revitalization.Taking Huanggang Polytechnic College as an example,a comprehensive and systematic research and practice were conducted on the ways and methods of integrating industry and education in agricultural vocational education.Gradually,a Four level progression talent cultivation model of"facing industrial demand,integrating industrial reality,serving industrial development,and leading industrial innovation"was formed,innovating the"triple helix"theory between government,industry,and universities,and providing strong talent and technological support for the comprehensive revitalization of regional rural areas.
