摘要
基于 31 份由地方政府颁布的产教融合型企业建设政策文本,构建了以产教融合型企业建设政策工具为X轴、产教融合型企业建设政策内容要素为Y轴的"政策工具·要素链"二维框架,分析产教融合型企业建设培育政策在政策工具方面的表现并对其进行评价,进而提出相关对策建议,为政府推进产教融合建言献策.
Abstract
Based on 31 Government documents on the construction of enterprise-education integration,a two-dimensional framework named"policy instrument-factor chain",with policy tools for the construction of enterprise integrating production and education as the X-axis and content elements for the construction of enterprise integrating production and education as the Y-axis,is constructed to analyze and evaluate the performance of policy tools for the construction and cultivation of enterprise integrating production and education.And then put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the government to promote the integration of industry and education.
