行业高职院校服务乡村振兴的路径研究——以H学院为例

摘要
乡村振兴战略是新时代"三农"工作的总抓手,服务乡村振兴既是高职院校的历史使命,又是高职院校人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新等职能的体现.乡村发展面临组织架构有待完善、人才资源相对匮乏、产业建设较为有限、生态建设效果不佳、文化传承形式单一等现实挑战.行业高职院校应发挥专注于特定行业技术技能人才培养和社会服务的优势,从加强基层组织建设、培育本土人才队伍、升级乡村产业链、助推绿色生态发展、丰富乡村文化生活等五个方面,探索服务乡村振兴的有效路径.
Abstract
This paper starts from the strategic significance of higher vocational colleges to comprehensively promote the development of rural revitalization,analyzes the realistic challenges faced by rural development,and takes H College as an example to explore the effective implementation path of industrial higher vocational colleges in helping rural revitalization,so as to consolidate the strength of industrial higher vocational colleges and help the economic and social development of rural areas.
