生成式AI时代:基于生命周期理论的职业教育数字化成长路径重塑

ChatGPT为代表的生成式AI诞生,以前所未有的方式影响着职业教育,面对职业教育数字化转型的大趋势,相关利益方都进行了积极的回应.但技术驱动教育变革进程中存在主体间协同治理效能低、人工智能技术伦理失范、利益主体数字化能力低、网络文化侵蚀及数据安全等现实问题,基于生成式AI多模态融合的发展现实,以生命周期理论为理论基础,将职业院校的数字化成长分为起步、应用、融合、转型四个阶段,对各阶段核心要进行系统分析,以期实现职业教育公平和终身持续发展.
Generative AI Era:Reshaping the Path of Digital Growth in Vocational Education——Based on lifecycle theory
The emergence of generative AI,represented by ChatGPT,has had an unprecedented impact on vocational education.In response to the digital transformation trend in vocational education,stakeholders have actively responded.However,during the technology-driven education reform,several practical issues have emerged,including inefficiency in cross-stakeholder collaborative governance,ethical issues related to AI technology,limited digital competence of key stakeholders,erosion by internet culture,and data security concerns.Based on the development reality of the multi-modal integration of generative AI and lifecycle theory,the digital growth of vocational colleges is divided into four stages:initiation,application,integration,and transformation.A systematic analysis of the core elements at each stage is necessary to achieve equity and sustainable lifelong development in vocational education.
