摘要
职业技能大赛是高职院校人才培养的重要手段,促进了高职教育高质量发展.然而,政府政策的非理性执行、社会非教育性引导和学校不恰当认知等因素影响,使得高职院校职业技能大赛面临着不少困境,不利于师生正常工作和学习、职业技能大赛良性发展以及高职院校高质量发展.聚焦突破高职院校职业技能大赛困境,应该确保教学核心地位,解决教学资源分配问题;做好"三结合"工作,增强职业技能大赛育人效能;理性运用技能大赛参赛训练,提升高职人才培养质量.
Abstract
Vocational skills competitions are an important means of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,and they have played a positive role in improving the quality of vocational talent cultivation.However,due to the irrational implementation of government policies,social guidance,and school cognition,vocational skills competitions in vocational colleges are facing many difficulties,which have a negative impact on the normal work and learning of teachers and students,the healthy development of vocational skills competitions,and the high-quality development of vocational colleges.Focusing on breaking through the difficulties of vocational skills competitions in vocational colleges,we should ensure the core position of teaching and solve the problem of teaching resource allocation;To do a good job in the"three combinations"work and enhance the educational efficiency of vocational skills competitions;Reasonably apply skills competition to participate in training and improve the quality of vocational talent cultivation.
