Exploration of Digital Textbook Construction for Food Analysis in Higher Vocational Education in the Era of Educational Informatization
Digital textbooks,as important learning resources,represent the direction of textbook construction under the strategy of educational digital transformation,and are also the core elements for achieving curriculum reform and professional upgrading.Driven by the student-centered teaching philosophy,this paper explores the basic ideas and development principles for the construction of digital teaching materials for food analysis,stimulates students'learning enthusiasm and effectiveness,and improves the quality of training high-quality skilled talents in higher vocational education.
