通过剖析数字化转型的政策逻辑、现实逻辑与实践逻辑,从学生学情分析简单化、与专业内容融合机械化、教学方法策略粗放化、教学评价考核主观化等方面,探讨数字化转型如何对接专业建设和人才培养质量内涵发展,以更好重塑职业教育新生态,深刻赋能职业教育新发展。湖北交通职业技术学院基于数字化转型逻辑开展智慧校园建设,在规范教学、强化平台等方面聚力促进产教融合,围绕更新理念,构建数字化协同格局,服务专业升级管理,促进教师教学智慧化等方面形成了教学改革提质增效的有效路径。
Educational Reform Practices in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Digital Transformation Logic:A Case Study of Hubei Communications Technical College
Through analyzing the digital transformation of policy,reality and practical logic,from four aspects of the simplification of student academic analysis,mechanization of integration with professional content,extensive of teaching strategies,and subjectivity of teaching evaluation and assessment,this paper explores the digital transformation of professional construction and talent training quality development,in order to better reshape and empower the new ecological vocational education.Based on the digital transformation logic,Hubei Communications Technical College carries out the Wisdom Campus construction and forms the effective paths to qualified the teaching reform from standardized teaching,strengthening platform,promoting teaching industry fusion,updating ideas,building digital collaborative pattern,servicing professional upgrade management,and helping teachers'wisdom teaching.
