Habermas'theory of cognitive purpose is of great significance for enhancing the cognitive purpose and practical exploration of higher vocational education.The purpose of practice aims to explore and motivate communication and participation through understanding methods.The purpose of practice is to explore and motivate communication and participation through understanding methods.The purpose of liberation emphasizes the exploration and interest in self-awareness and development through reflective methods.These three cognitive purposes are closely related to the growth of vocational college students and need to be integrated in vocational education practice,aiming to guide students to recognize the intrinsic value of technology,discover new problems,phenomena,and laws,understand the significance of practice and real life,better understand and pursue themselves,and then create new technologies,products,and services,thus achieving a circular development from discovery,understanding to creation.
