基于深度学习视角的职前幼师顶岗实习实施路径研究

通过对毕业学年参与顶岗实习的学前教育专业学生岗位胜任力的跟踪调查发现,经过一年的实践,这些职前教师的岗位胜任力不论在总体还是各维度上都没有得到明显提升。对实习效果进行反思认为,顶岗实习需要学生突破记忆、理解等浅层学习,在实习环境中投入深度的具身性、沉浸性、境脉性和创新式学习。继而从人才培养顶层设计开始,从课程设置与实施、实习指导、评价体系各方面提出基于深度学习的顶岗实习实施路径。
Study On Pre-Service Teachers'In-Post Internship Implement Approach From A Deep Learning Perspective
An investigation on job competency of Pre-School Education Majors found that after a year's in-post internship the pre-service teachers showed no definite improvement.The unfavorable results refelct that,instead of surface leaning,deep learning is feasible and reliable for field training.Thus,based on deep learning an implement approach consisting of cirriculum planning and executing,internship supervision and evaluating system is proposed.
