Study On Pre-Service Teachers'In-Post Internship Implement Approach From A Deep Learning Perspective
An investigation on job competency of Pre-School Education Majors found that after a year's in-post internship the pre-service teachers showed no definite improvement.The unfavorable results refelct that,instead of surface leaning,deep learning is feasible and reliable for field training.Thus,based on deep learning an implement approach consisting of cirriculum planning and executing,internship supervision and evaluating system is proposed.
