The internal logic and action path of social service optimization in higher vocational colleges in the view of vocational education reform
The orientation of vocational education makes it necessary for vocational colleges to integrate into regional economic development and optimize social service functions.The overall level of social service in higher vocational colleges in China is relatively limited under the interaction of multiple factors,such as the low adaptation of school-enterprise production and education,the unobstructed operation of mechanism and the borrowing of task-oriented service concept.This paper analyzes how to optimize the social service ability of higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of overall layout to improve the suitability of production and education,top-level planning to reform the management mechanism of bureaucracy,and vigorously expanding the social service of characteristic brands.In practical actions,through sharpening teachers'comprehensive social service skills,empowering enterprise mentors to innovate practical teaching rights,and improving the proportion of students'social service activities,the comprehensive level of social service in higher vocational colleges is improved from the three aspects of teacher creation,master creation,and learning creation.
