系统思维视域下高校"一站式"学生社区建设的科学内涵与实践进路

摘要
高校"一站式"学生社区建设是一项系统工程,基于系统思维构建"一站式"学生社区是思想政治教育实践创新的题中应有之义.高校"一站式"学生社区是由育人功能、育人主体、育人场域等诸要素相互作用下构成的系统,具有鲜明的目标性、协同性、差异性的特征.立足培育时代新人的新发展阶段,要以系统思维的新发展理念,坚持整体性、相关性、动态性、层次性原则,持续致力于优化和完善高校"一站式"学生社区的建设工作,确保其长期、稳定的发展.
Abstract
The construction of a"one-stop"student community in colleges and universities is a systematic project.Building a"one-stop"student community based on systematic thinking is the meaning of ideological and political education practice innovation.The"one-stop"student community of colleges and universities is a system composed of the interaction of education function,education subject,education field and other elements,with distinct characteristics of goal,synergy and difference.Based on the new development stage of cultivating new people in the era,we should take the new development concept of systematic thinking,adhere to the principles of integrity,relevance,dynamics and hierarchy,and continue to be committed to optimizing and improving the construction of the"one-stop"student community in colleges and universities to ensure its long-term and stable development.
