高职学生数字素养与技能提升的现实挑战与创新对策

通过对湖北省内外 66 所高职院校的 4377 名学生进行问卷调查,构建了数字素养与技能指标体系,并进行了细致分析。结果显示高职学生的数字资源选择能力不足、职业规划意识淡薄、数字技术应用、实践经验、数字创新思维和综合应用能力不足。基于调研结果,提出了通过构建专门课程、智能化规划系统、定制项目、线上技术平台、共创生态系统和深度学习技术实践平台等创新策略,以提升高职学生数字素养与技能水平,助力其未来职业发展。
The Real Challenges and Innovative Strategies for Enhancing Digital Literacy and Skills among Vocational College Students
Through a questionnaire survey of 4377 students from 66 vocational colleges in and outside of Hubei Province,a digital literacy and skills index system was established and meticulously analyzed.The results indicate that vocational students lack the ability to select digital resources,possess a lack of awareness in career planning,hindered digital technology application,limited practical experience,deficient digital innovative thinking,and inadequate comprehensive application capabilities.Based on the research findings,innovative strategies such as building specialized courses,developing intelligent planning systems,customizing projects,creating online technology platforms,fostering collaborative ecosystems,and utilizing deep learning technology practice platforms are proposed to enhance vocational students'digital literacy and skills level and support their future career development.
