摘要
为了缓解当前大学生面临的就业困境,帮助大学生更好地实现社会价值和自我价值,以求职目标、求职内容、求职方法等方面为改革重点,大学生职业生涯规划教育的优化策略包括,以培养创新型人才为目标,帮助大学生树立正确的职业价值观;加强师资建设,设置科学合理的课程体系,深化大学生的自我认知和职业认知;设立专门的职业指导机构,提供连续性、个性化的职业指导;完善职业生涯规划教育网络信息平台,提供全方位的就业服务.有效地开展大学生职业生涯规划教育,具有十分重要的现实意义.
Abstract
In order to alleviate the employment difficulties faced by college students and help them realize their social value and self-value,the reform focuses on the job-seeking objectives,job-seeking contents and job-seeking methods,the optimization strategies of college students'career planning education include,aiming at cultivating innovative talents,helping college students to set up correct professional values,strengthening the construction of teachers,setting up scientific and reasonable curriculum system,to deepen college students'self-cognition and career cognition;to set up special career guidance institutions to provide continuous and individualized career guidance;to perfect the network information platform of career planning education,to provide a full range of employment services.It is of great practical significance to carry out college students'career planning education effectively.
