摘要
高职教育是培养我国生产、管理和服务一线职业人才的主要阵地,推动数字经济高质量发展发挥着不可替代的重要作用.广西作为民族地区,在数字经济时代高职院校学生团队精神培育中探索出具有地方特色的经验做法,但在认知之维、战略之维、支撑之维、激励之维方面还存在不足.需修订完善人才培养方案、加强学校师资队伍建设、优化学校课程设置标准、加强学生集体主义教育和加强学生素养积分考核,提升人才培养质量、促进学生成长成才,助力推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业.
Abstract
Vocational education is the main battlefield for cultivating frontline vocational talents in production,management,and service in China,and plays an irreplaceable and important role in promoting high-quality economic development in the context of the digital economy.As an ethnic region,Guangxi has explored experiences and practices with Guangxi characteristics in strengthening the cultivation of team spirit among vocational college students in the digital economy era.However,there are still insufficient aspects in terms of cognition,strategy,support,and motivation.It is necessary to revise and improve the talent training plan,strengthen the construction of the school's teaching staff,optimize the school's curriculum standards,strengthen student collectivism education,and enhance the assessment of student literacy points.In the era of digital economy,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of team spirit among vocational college students in ethnic areas,improve the quality of talent training,promote student growth and development,and help accelerate the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation.
