摘要
随着高等教育机构财务管理日益向数字化和智能化转型,结算工作作为财务管理的重要环节,其效率和准确性的提升成为高校财务现代化的关键.RPA(机器人流程自动化)技术凭借其自动化处理重复性任务的能力,以期 为高校结算工作带来较大改变,拟提升工作效率,降低人为错误,增强数据的准确性.探讨RPA技术在高校结算工作中的应用前景,分析其优势与挑战,并提出针对性的优化策略.
Abstract
As higher education institutions increasingly transition toward digital and intelligent financial management,the efficiency and accuracy of settlement processes,as a crucial aspect of financial management,have become vital to the modernization of university finance.Robotic Process Automation(RPA)technology,with its capability to automate repetitive tasks,has brought revolutionary changes to settlement work in universities.It not only significantly enhances operational efficiency but also reduces human errors and improves data accuracy.This paper thoroughly explores the application prospects of RPA technology in university settlement processes,analyzes its advantages and challenges,and proposes targeted optimization strategies,with the aim of advancing university financial management towards higher efficiency and intelligence.
