摘要
民办高职院校中外合作办学是高职教育的重要组成部分,是民办高职教育国际化的必然选择.然而,民办高职院校中外合作办学存在教育资源分布不均匀、人才培养关键要素尚不匹配、教学管理和运营不规范等问题,导致民办高职教育中外合作办学育人目标难以达成.因此,从宏观层次和微观层次提出行动策略,以期实现民办高职院校中外合作办学高质量发展.
Abstract
Sino-foreign cooperative education in private vocational colleges is a vital component of vocational education and an inevitable path toward internationalization.However,challenges such as uneven distribution of educational resources,mismatched key elements in talent cultivation,and non-standardized teaching management hinder the achievement of educational objectives.This study proposes macro-and micro-level strategies to promote high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in private vocational colleges.
