Copyright Scheme for Clothing Design Based on Ethereum
The current centralized fashion design copyright system faces challenges such as the proliferation of low-quality plagiarized works. The lengthy review process and the lack of recognition for intermediate stages of work result in a lack of evidence for creators during specific time periods.Additionally, the complex copyright registration process and data vulnerability pose risks to the system. To address these issues,we propose an innovative fashion design copyright scheme based on blockchain,zero-watermarking,and the InterPlanetary File System(IPFS).The immutable nature of blockchain ensures data security and enables its effective integration with traditional copyright protection processes. Moreover, the adoption of blockchain replaces the central authority previously found in traditional zero-watermarking schemes, eliminating the risks associated with third-party involvement.By leveraging smart contracts and timestamp functionality, the proposed scheme provides accurate online records at each step, allowing creators to present a timeline of their work from draft to final product, thereby safeguarding their rights in copyright disputes.Additionally, perceptual hashing is employed to i-dentify and eliminate plagiarized works.By controlling the registration of plagiarized works at the source, the scheme effectively mitigates the occurrence of low-level plagiarism, thereby preserving the rights of creators.Experimental results demonstrate the comprehensive functionality and high security of the proposed scheme.Specifically, the zero-watermarking solution proves feasible and effective, while the registration and querying of works consume minimal Gas resources in the Ethereum network.
