The WYSIWYG characteristic of real-time weather radar echoes plays an irreplaceable role in meteorological operations.Limited by technical conditions,real-time echoes can only be received and used at the radar station or the weather station at the same level.We analyze the main reasons why real-time echoes are difficult to be shared in a wide range,summarize the drawbacks of the current mainstream solutions,and put forward the design and implementation of the provincial direct display system:based on the weather radar radial flow transmission service,the real-time radar data is collected from the provincial node transmitted by the radial flow to achieve complete decoupling from the original radar system;the Linux cluster is set up in the cloud to forward the real-time radar data to the whole network users,and the segmented multi-thread memory compression transmission technology is adopted to ensure real-time performance and reduce the network broadband occupation.The client obtains real-time data from the cluster,decomposes and restores it to complete the visualization of echoes.In April 2022,the system was successfully deployed in the Meteorological Information and Technical Equipment Support Center of Gansu Province,and provided real-time echo direct display services of 15 weather radars in 8 C-band and 7 X-band to the province,realizing the centralized reception and direct display of real-time echoes of multiple weather radars within the provincial scope.
