钻修机协同设计系统的开发与应用

钻修井作业是油田稳产、高产的重要保障.针对目前企业依赖PDMS、SACS等软件完成海上平台钻修机的方案设计而出现的模型格式繁杂、多专业协同效率较低的问题,该文开发了钻修机协同设计系统,系统主要分为客户端、服务端以及数据库三个模块.该文描述了基于Unity3D引擎和C#语言开发客户端、基于VS开发服务器控制台程序和基于MySQL开发数据库的过程.该系统客户端具有实用的辅助设计功能,服务端对客户端进行权限筛选后通过操作数据库,辅助多个客户端完成多专业工程师实时协作,提高了设计效率.该系统的客户端、服务端以及数据库的开发过程对相关行业软件开发具有一定的借鉴意义.文末使用此系统复现了文昌16-2钻修机项目,结果验证了系统的准确性与实用性.
Development and Application of Collaborative Design System for Drilling Rig
Drilling and repair operations are an important guarantee for stable and high production in oil fields.In response to the problems of complex model formats and low efficiency of multi professional collaboration in the design of offshore platform drilling and repair machines that enterprises rely on software such as PDMS and SACS,we develop a collaborative design system for drilling and repair machines,which is mainly divided into three modules:client,server,and database.We describe the process of developing a client based on Unity3D and C# language,developing a server console program based on VS and developing a database based on MySQL.The system client has practical auxiliary design functions.After filtering permissions on the client,the server assists multiple clients in completing real-time collaboration among multiple professional engineers by operating the database,thereby improving design efficiency.The development process of the client,server,and database of the proposed system has certain reference significance for software development in related industries.At the end of the article,the proposed system was used to reproduce the Wenchang 16-2 drilling and repair machine project,and the results verified its accuracy and practicality.
