基于三苯多羧酸配体的两个配位聚合物的设计、合成及对环丙沙星的快速检测

通过水热反应合成了 2例配位聚合物:[Cd(H3cpbda)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]n(1)和[Mn(H3cpbda)(phen)(H2O)]n(2),其中 H5cpbda=5,5'-[(5-羧基-1,3-苯基)双(氧)]三间苯二甲酸,2,2'-bipy=2,2'-联吡啶,phen=菲咯啉。使用单晶X射线衍射、粉末衍射、红外光谱和热重等对2个配合物进行了表征。配合物1和2都为"V"字型的一维链,分子间通过弱的π…π堆积分别形成二维(1)和三维(2)的骨架结构。另外,将配合物1分散在水溶液中,其荧光强度表现出良好的稳定性,并且可以特异性检测尿液中的环丙沙星,检测限为 1。91 × 10-8 mol·L-1。
Design and synthesis of two coordination polymers for the rapid detection of ciprofloxacin based on triphenylpolycarboxylic acid ligands
Two coordination polymers were synthesized by hydrothermal reaction,namely,[Cd(H3cpbda)(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]n(1)and[Mn(H3cpbda)(phen)(H2O)]n(2),where H5cpbda=5,5'-[(5-carboxy-1,3-phenyl)bis(oxy)]triisophthalic acid,2,2'-bipy=2,2'-bipyridine,phen=1,10-phenanthroline.The two complexes were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,powder diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis.Complexes 1 and 2 are"V"-shaped 1D chains,and the molecules form 2D(1)and 3D framework(2)structures through weakπ…πstack-ing.Furthermore,complex 1 was dispersed in an aqueous solution and its fluorescence intensity demonstrated excel-lent stability.Complex 1 can specifically detect ciprofloxacin in urine with a detection limit of 1.91× 10-8 mol·L-1.CCDC:2359498,1;2359499,2.
